This is effectively a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherries with an average Solera age of about 8 years. Try this chilled or even over ice as an aperitif.

Straw yellow in colour. Aromas of nuts, olives and the evocative suggestion of a patient ageing process. In the mouth it is sharp and exhibits full body and perfect balance.

Pale straw yellow. Classic Manzanilla aromas. Fresh and dry on the palate, with good body and a lingering aftertaste, resulting in an overall sensation of satisfaction.

Olorosos are Sherries that have aged in the absence of flor and are rich and full. This Oloroso is very slightly sweetened to leave a smooth satisfying finish in the mouth.

Fine wood, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg and crystallized fruits on the nose. Dry and powerful on the palate, with long finish.

Pastora is a true ‘Pasada’ with its golden hue, pungent yeast, nut and chamomile flavour and is remarkably smooth.

Intense cherry colour with garnet edge. On the nose, powerful aroma, complex, ripe fruit and fine cocoa.

Attractive and aromatic with lots of ripe apple fruit, small tight bubbles and crisp lemon acidity

Juicy with soft, plump red fruits – strawberry, red cherry and plum clafoutis.

Juicy with notes of honey, pear, flowers and nectarine.
