Bordeaux Semillon/Sauvignon, Dulong

Discreet aromas of white pepper, fennel, toast and yellow pepper. This is unoaked and fresh with good breadth and length. Delicious served with pan-fried scallops, spring vegetable risotto, tempura or sushi.
