Bianco Veneto (Appassite) Fam. Pasqua

An attractive straw colour with aromas and flavours of yellow plums, pineapple, nectarine, peach and fruit salad sweets. This has a lovely weight of fruit and a rounded texture and mouthfeel with great structure and length. Would work very well with seabass, pork chops or roasted butternut squash.
