Bon Courage Pinotage

A lovely youthful purple colour with notes of black pepper and rich black fruits such as damson, plum and blackberry with firm mocha tannins on the finish. This would be a perfect match with steak but will also work well with other red meat dishes such as lamb shanks and also BBQ’d meats.
