Domaine la Baume Sauvignon Blanc

Pale lemon colour with a wonderfully exuberant nose of ripe Conference pear, elderflower, grass and tomato leaf, balanced by tight grapefruit acidity. This is tangy, zingy and fresh and can be enjoyed with light salads, white fish and Goats cheese.
